I am secretly obsessed with an amazingly styled coffee table. I say 'secretly' because I don't want to admit that until I have a place big enough to have a non-function table... I won't be able to have one of these perfectly styled coffee tables myself. Currently, I have a few items styled on my coffee table {PB trunk}, but the second my boyfriend comes over, everything is moved... and replaced with feet and pizza boxes! :) Since I know that is not going to change anytime soon (and I am ok with that), I've been thinking about other ways I can display some of the fabulous books I own / are on my wishlist. Bedside table? Console table? Maybe even the bottom of my bar cart? We'll see... but here is some of my inspiration:

And here is a little glimpse at the books that are styled together on these tables. See a common theme? Hello, {Domino} and {Design Sponge}!!

I think this idea is great. Best part is nothing ever is broken when it comes to books! If you get a sec, I'd love to hear your thoughts on my latest posts and enter to win my giveaway!

I love this but my boyfriend has zero concept. So when I get home all the stuff is on the floor. I give up!
love this look! in theory only though, in reality it is basically my nightmare b/c i get ocd about everything being centered/aligned/etc. but i still want to display some of my favorite books so i'm considering adding some floating bookshelves to a wall decor vignette. we'll see!
lovely! for some reason I feel like my coffee table looks funny when I try to style it. So I pretty much stick to one plant and coasters haha
i needed this, especially since we just bought a dining room table and no longer use our coffee table for eating anymore (except super lazy nights, let's be real.), but i'm having trouble figuring out how to style it now!
I know the feeling of a pretty coffee tables getting disrupted easily! These are all gorgeous ways to style them + I love all of your book picks too; Emily's book looks amazing! xx
i totally agree, i love the look of a crazy amount of coffee table books! i have three of those books u want lol and have my own little list as well! cant wait to have my own coffee table :)
These are adorable! I know exactly what you mean about the boyfriend, all of my cute things are moved and pizza/beer replace them. I gave up in lieu of murdering him after I realized it just wasn't worth the fight! My side table still has cute things on it, but it just isn't the same!
I love a perfectly styled coffee table too but doubt I will ever have one! My bf is always messing it up and putting his feet all over it so I just don't htink it could happen unless he had his own ottoman hahaha
