Hi Friends! So I have been kind of keeping a secret for a little bit... but since it is already out in the world of Facebook, I thought I should tell all of my blog friends as well!
I am picking up my life in Ohio and moving to the East Coast... this weekend!! Philadelphia to be exact :) I am so excited... but a little nervous because I don't know a single person in Philly! Not too nervous though... because the more people I tell, the more I hear about 'friends of friends'! Plus, I will only be an hour -ish from NYC (lot of friends there), an hour from Baltimore (friends and family there), and an hour from the BEACH!! The beach is my best friend!! :) Anyway... so why this big change?! I was looking to get back to a bigger city and I was ready for a new challenge in my career. I've worked in corporate retail as a buyer/planner for the past 6 years and I absolutely love it... but I'm off to continue what I love to do at
{Free People}, part of Urban Outfitters, Inc. I start working there next Tuesday!! So exciting!! Check out my new office space... who wouldn't enjoy working here everyday?! :) Wish me luck...

Oh... and another great perk about working at Urban Outfitters is that you can bring your dog to work! I don't have a dog (well, our family dog, but he lives with mom and dad)... but I can't wait to be surrounded by cute pups everyday! Maybe I will finally get the english bull dog I have been wanting for the past ten years!! Also... if you want another fabulous blog to follow... check out Free People's blog

I just found your blog and noticed you were from Ohio. I went to the Kenny concert on Saturday too! Did you love it? I just read that you will be moving and your office looks awesome! Congrats! I will continue to follow you with your new job..just wanted to say hello!

I went to school in Philly and lived there after graduation prior to moving to NYC - such a great city! I also went to the Urban space in college for a Christmas party.. they rent out their studio space sometimes. I have tons of knowledge of the city.. if you need any help, let me know!
