Why do banks and other online accounts use security questions that are subjective or could change?! This isn't the first time I have locked an account because I just can't remember my answer to something that is my "favorite"! Don't they realize that there are people out there whose favorites change daily?! But... I thought this was a safe answer since this hasn't changed in 8 years!!! :) Guess not... Ugh! : /

That is why you need to pick a security question that only has one answer like...where were you born..what is the name of your first pet...Then you would not have this problem!
