First Day of Work {Recap}

After a pretty tough weekend - I was so excited to start my first day of work!  Oh... and by tough, I mean lots of sadness that I wasn't with all of my friends over the holiday weekend!  Tears just poured down my cheeks when my sister text me and said, "I started to say to Kyle today that we should have Ash over for a cookout, but then I remembered that you were gone :("  Ok... that just made me sad again!  Anyway, I woke up extra early today and was in the best mood - even made myself breakfast (which I don't think I have done... ever?!), then headed to the Navy Yard where the corporate offices are!  As I drove into the Yard (as they call it) I literally said out loud... "this is so cool"!  I seriously work at the most beautiful and unique place ever!  The morning was spent at orientation and filling out paper work, but at lunch time I got to meet my team!  I couldn't be more thrilled with the people I get to work with and everything with the job so far! :)  It was an excellent first day!!  For my A&F friends (that I miss dearly) - I saw two girls today wearing the same {gilly bra} as a layering piece and I secretly got really, really excited ;)  Also, I never thought I would say this, but it is going to be a huge adjustment to not have the music playing loudly as I work!  I was sitting there today thinking, "there is something missing" and I realized it was just too quiet!  Haha! :) I'll keep you guys updated occasionally... but in the mean time I will be back with new blog posts on the many things I love!  xxoo  **PS.
